Where Stillness Begins

Stillness is a rare commodity in our modern world. Perhaps, when we think about stillness we see cloistered monks in austere monasteries or monks in Tibetan temples. We may even subconsciously think that only those with the time and energy to pursue it full time can hope to achieve stillness. Not so.

Stillness is the beginning of all spirituality and very necessary for each of us.  The good news is that the starting place of stillness isn’t as far away as you think. In fact, it may be waiting to be found int he midst of your chaotic, never ceasing thoughts. Do you want more stillness to help you better hear God’s whisperings? Why not start with this episode of the Higher Attitudes Podcast.
